Join Our Volunteer Team

WinSport volunteers are integral Team Members, who demonstrate commitment and passion to helping inspire human potential through the spirit of sport.

As a not-for-profit organization, WinSport relies on volunteers to support our mission, vision and purpose through a variety of roles. Volunteers contribute more than 34,000 hours a year across our campus and our guest experience, programming and administration all benefit from volunteer involvement. Whether volunteers encourage a child to keep getting back up, help a newcomer learn a new skill, welcome a community member to campus, or enter data into a computer, volunteers make a difference.

WinSport volunteers are passionate and dedicated to providing a safe place for our community to be active. They take the initiative to deliver exceptional guest experiences, share ideas to aid in innovation and provide warm, welcoming smiles and air high fives to all they meet.
