Rental Shop
Guests who require ski or snowboard equipment rentals for a lesson are asked to reserve their items in advance. This can be done when booking a lesson online or by calling 403-247-5452 to speak with Guest Services. Those seeking rentals who are not enrolled in a lesson may drop in to the Rental Shop on the day of their visit to the winter hill.
Please note that due to limited supply, items within our rental inventory are not currently for sale.
Terms of Contract
IMPORTANT – WAIVER REQUIRED
A Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement ("Waiver") must be completed prior to rental of Equipment. If the applicable Waiver is not completed, rental of Equipment will not be permitted, and a refund will be provided.
The Waiver will be available for completion during the sales process, and a copy is available for preview below.
- The Waiver will apply to all Equipment Rentals during the 2024-25 season.
- Each adult participant must complete their own Waiver.
- A parent/guardian must complete the Waiver for their minor/child participant.
PLEASE READ THE WAIVER CAREFULLY! By signing, you will waive or give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract, or breach of the Occupiers’ Liability Act or claim compensation following an accident.

Ski and Snowboard Rentals
All rental equipment must be picked up in-person to ensure proper fit. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at the time of pick up. A credit card is required to purchase rentals.
All program rentals are valid for the duration of the lesson only. If participants are in a multi-day program, all rentals must be returned at the end of each lesson and picked up again before the start of the next lesson. It’s recommended all participants arrive in the rental shop 1 hour before the start of their lesson to ensure sufficient time to get through the rentals process and arrive at their lesson on time.
Please complete your waiver and check-in information before arrival. Please note this is mandatory for all customers, you will not receive your rental equipment until these steps are completed.

The "Rental Package" includes the following: skis/snowboard, boots, helmet, and ski poles (if needed). Jackets, pants, gloves, goggles, etc. are not available to rent.

Damage Protection pricing for all multi-day programs is $20 and covers the entire program duration. Please note that Damage Protection does not cover loss or theft of rental equipment. Without damage protection, renters will be responsible for any and all damage to the rental equipment.
Mountain Bike Rental Fleet Sale
In order to purchase your used Norco bike, please call the rental shop on (403) 247-5412, email us at [email protected], or come see us in the rental shop during business hours. A full service of the bike will be completed by one of our qualified bike mechanics before pick-up to ensure the bike is in good working condition.
All 2023/24 Norco bikes will be available for purchase and pick-up Monday-Friday directly out of the rental shop over the entire winter season (while stocks last). You will be required to call ahead to schedule a viewing time with one of our bike techs. Bike availability will be determined on a first-come first-served basis.
