Pedal into fun at our WinSport Learn-to-Bike camp! Tailored for beginners, half the time is devoted to mastering biking basics, while the other half is filled with classic camp games. Our passionate instructors ensure a joyful journey, providing the tools for your child to build solid biking foundations with a smile, discovering a love for riding on two wheels.

IMPORTANT – WAIVERS REQUIRED
A Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement ("Waiver") must be completed prior to participation in WinSport’s Programs, Lessons, and Camps and, if applicable, rental of Equipment. If the applicable Waiver is not completed, participation in the WinSport Program, access to WinSport’s facilities and/or rental of Equipment will not be permitted, and a refund will be provided.
The Waiver will be available for completion during the sales process, and a copy is available for preview below.
- Each adult participant must complete their own Waiver
- A Parent/guardian must complete the Waiver for their minor/child participant
PLEASE READ THE WAIVER CAREFULLY! By signing, you will waive or give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract, or breach of the Occupiers’ Liability Act or claim compensation following an accident.

Expected trails and features
Learn-to-Bike groups will start the week practicing how to balance and stride on two wheels through a combination of fun games, drills and riding exercises on grass fields and other flat terrain. This camp will not access the chairlift or chairlift accessed-terrain.
Group Formation
- Groups will be made up and organized of similar participant levels
- Groups may be combined at times
- Groups will ride to the lowest participant level
Pre-requisites
- No previous experience required
Key Goals
- Explore learning how to ride a bike
- Learn to pedal, turn, stop and balance on two wheels
- Progress to ride unsupported

- Strider bike or a bike with training wheels.
- Certified/approved helmet required.

Continue practicing your biking skills to ride independently. Our instructors will build upon the basics and introduce new skills to open up the doors to mountain biking.
Expected trails and features
Beginner Biking groups will start the week on flat pavement pathways and grassy fields practicing their riding fundamentals before progressing onto more variable terrain including bumpy, uneven, rooty, and more sloped terrain. surfaces and elevation changes. By the end of the week this group may begin riding on the most beginner mountain bike trails. This camp will not access the chairlift or chairlift accessed-terrain.

Pre-requisites
- Limited experience riding a bike
- Comfortable balancing and pedaling a two-wheeler for short distances
Key Goals - Ages 4-5
- Continue progressing your basic skills to ride without a push start or aid stopping
Key Goals - Ages 6-8
- Improve pedaling, stopping with both brakes, and balance while riding
- Explore beginner terrain off payment
